Richard James is the founding High Priest of the Wiccan Church of Canada (W.C.C.) over 25 years ago; the first and only neo-pagan church in the world to offer weekly services here in Canada. The W.C.C. has introduced over 2000 people to their first pagan ritual and he was the first to introduce the idea of a pagan festival to Canada. Richard sponsored the first Wiccan-Fest - now Canada's oldest pagan gathering. Richard was part of the first pagan effort in Canada to bring services to prison inmates and is still serving on the Ontario Multi-Faith Committee on Spiritual and Religious Care. He helped "design the most comprehensive Paganism 101" anywhere and introduced open pagan worship to the society for creative anachronism at the pennsic wars in Pennsylvania, USA. He has personally conducted over 500 public pagan worship services and is currently working on Pagan Federation of Canada's first Canadian National Pagan Conference set for this may 20th - 23rd in Edmonton, AL
