Featured Speakers Biography:

For all those who don't know who they are, they are practicing Wiccans (modern witches) and authors who publish books on the subjects of Paganism, Magick and Witchcraft. Prior to Stewart Farrar's death on the 7th February 2000, Janet and Stewart had been publishing their works since 1971, and are recognized as experts on Witchcraft and the Occult

Gavin joined them in 1993, and had since worked with them on The Pagan Path, a study of Paganism worldwide, The Healing Craft, a healers workbook for Pagans, The Complete Dictionary of European Gods and Goddesses and our most recent Progressive Witchcraft. To date, between them they have had eleven books, on the subjects mentioned, published in the United States, Britain and as far abroad as Brazil, Japan and the Czech Republic.

They are active members in The Aquarian Tabernacle Church Ireland and have links with several covens in the United States, Australia and New Zealand and Europe. They run a progressive coven in Ireland called Coven Na Callaighe which is part of Teampall Na Callaighe which includes as an open worship group (Clan Na Callaighe). Their current practical work is in the areas of Spiritism & Trance Prophesy Work. They regularly conduct practical Workshops in these fields for the Pagan Community.

PAGANISM IN IRELAND; Ancient and Modern (one and a half hours) Slide Show
Janet Farrar and Gavin Bone. A slideshow presentation of the ancient sites and continuance of pagan practice in Ireland today. They show why it is important to look at the past methods of pagan practice to understand the direction of modern paganism, as well as dispelling myths regarding the nature of Irish Pagan practice, ancient and modern.
