Toronto Pagan Conference (TPC) is an event that celebrates spiritual diversity. Formed in 2004, the Toronto Pagan Conference was created as an event that invites both Pagans and Non-Pagans to join in a conference environment to learn and better understand the aspects of what Paganism represents in our thriving, modern society. The inaugural conference was Feb 4, 5 & 6 2005 and the theme was Building Bridges. Selena Fox was our guest speaker and she was an inspiration to us all. She published an article about the conference in her Circle Magazine. To read the article and learn more about the inaugural conference please click on the Circle Magazine link or the Witchvox Web link below. The conference maintains its community building efforts with giving pagans, and the nonpagan public, an event that will strive to better the environmental, personal, community & spiritual values in our lives. In the interest of continuing this work, we have also created a monthly Pub Moot in Toronto, Ontario . It is a smaller event on a weeknight that promotes Pagans, and non Pagans, to interact with each other. It is a perfect venue for those pagans who are starting up new events/groups to come and tell the Community about them and to socialize with like minded people. As we continue to meet one another and learn more about the efforts each of us are making to develop and enrich paganism and educate others about it, we can better serve the Gods and those we work with. |
