Is the cost of the hotel room included in the cost for the conference?

No. As these are seperate entities, you will have to register for a hotel room seperately if it is needed.

What happens to the registration form when I mail it in or if I fill it out online?

All registration forms are received by the registrar and are stored on file for analytical data for future conferences up to a period of 2 years.

Will there be Vending available? Can I become a Vendor at the conference? If so, how?

Will there be vending available?:Yes, vending will be available in the Vendors room on both Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 10 am to 4:30 pm. A listing of vendors is provided in the program.

Can I become a Vendor at the Conference? If so, how?: Yes you can be a vendor at the event however, as space is limited the vendor tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Vending table prices are $55 per table per day and Vendor registration is $65 per person (2 person limit per vendor) for the weekend. This cost does not include meals and accomodations. The tables must be booked in advance to the conference, and will be provided for by the hotel. No additional tables or furniture or floor displays will be allowed into the vendors room unless cleared through Helmut, the Toronto Pagan Conference Vendor Coordinator.  If you wish to vend at the conference, or have questions in regards to vending, please contact Helmut at helmut@torontopagan.org or 905-777-9465.

Is there Vegetarian Meals available for the dinner?

The meal is a buffet dinner and, as such, there is something for everyone.
